Moving from Consumers to Producers with iPod

I love having iPod Touches in classroom for my students, but I constantly struggle with one main concept:  am I using the technology in a way that merely teaches students to be consumers of information, or in a way that asks them to be producers of information.  So I ask my colleagues:  What is your favorite way to use iPod Touches in a way that allows students to create a product rather than consume information?  I would love to hear your ideas.See More
